As the holiday season draws near, we want to ensure that our clients and customers are well-informed about Paceweb’s Christmas operating hours and support availability. At Paceweb, we understand the importance of seamless service, even during the festive period. Therefore, we’ve made adjustments to ensure that while our team enjoys a break, you’re still able to get support when needed.

Christmas and New Year Operating Hours

During the Christmas period, Paceweb will be closed for business on Christmas Day (25th December) and Boxing Day (26th December). We hope that everyone has the chance to spend quality time with loved ones, reflect on the past year, and relax before the new year begins.

However, to continue providing you with the best service possible, our ticket support and live chat will be available during limited hours between 8 am and 8 pm throughout the holiday period, from 24th December to 6th January. Although our offices will be closed for the holidays, we’ll remain operational behind the scenes to assist with any urgent queries, technical issues, or inquiries you may have.

If you have an urgent matter, please don’t hesitate to contact us via our ticket system or live chat. While the response time may be slower than usual due to reduced staffing, we will do our best to ensure all queries are addressed within the operational hours.
