1. Delivery Timeframe

    • We strive to deliver all products within 7-10 working days from the date of order.
    • Please note that weekends and public holidays are excluded from the delivery timeframe.
    • During busy peak holiday periods such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Easter, and bank holidays, please allow for additional delivery time.

2. Product Delivery:

    • Most of our products are delivered directly from the manufacturer or supplier.
    • Some products, such as Print on Demand items, may have their own delivery fees and estimated delivery timescales.

3. Delivery Charges:

    • For all orders within the UK mainland, we charge a standard delivery fee of £4.99.

4. Delivery Restrictions:

    • Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery.
    • We are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, New Jersey, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Scottish Islands.

5. Order Tracking:

    • We will also notify you of any updates regarding your delivery via text and email.

6. Undelivered Orders:

    • If you do not receive your order within 14 working days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
