1. Introduction
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Paceweb Shop Loyalty Points & Rewards Scheme (“Scheme”) and its use by customers (“Members”) of Paceweb Shop (“Paceweb”).
1.2 By participating in the Scheme, Members agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Scheme is open to all registered customers of Paceweb Shop residing in the United Kingdom.
2.2 Employees of Paceweb and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Scheme.
3. Earning Points
3.1 Members may earn loyalty points (“Points”) by making qualifying purchases on Paceweb Shop.
3.2 Points will be earned at a rate of 1 Point for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases.
3.3 Points will be credited to the Member’s account within 48 hours of the qualifying purchase.
4. Redeeming Points
4.1 Members may redeem their accumulated Points for rewards offered by Paceweb Shop.
4.2 The number of Points required to redeem a specific reward will be specified on the Paceweb Shop website.
4.3 Members may only redeem Points for rewards that are currently available and displayed on the Paceweb Shop website.
4.4 Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another Member’s account.
5. Point Expiration
5.1 Points will expire if not redeemed within 12 months from the date they were earned.
6. Termination or Modification of the Scheme
6.1 Paceweb reserves the right to terminate or modify the Scheme at any time, with prior notice to Members.
6.2 In the event of termination of the Scheme, Members will have 30 days from the date of termination to redeem their accumulated Points.
7. Exclusions and Limitations
7.1 Points cannot be earned or redeemed on the purchase of gift cards or any other non-merchandise items.
7.2 Points cannot be earned or redeemed on any purchases made through Paceweb’s third-party partners or affiliates.
7.3 Paceweb reserves the right to exclude certain products or promotions from Points earning or redemption at its sole discretion.
8. General
8.1 Members are responsible for ensuring that their account information, including contact details, is accurate and up to date.
8.2 Paceweb shall not be liable for any damages, loss, or expenses arising from the use or misuse of the Scheme or any rewards obtained through the Scheme.
8.3 Paceweb may, at its sole discretion, terminate a Member’s participation in the Scheme if it determines that the Member has violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.
8.4 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
8.5 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
8.6 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Members and Paceweb relating to the Scheme and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

10. Effective Date
10.1 These Terms are effective as of 1st November 2023.
