b. The standard returns period of 14 days does not apply during the Christmas period for eligible purchases.

b. All items must meet Paceweb’s standard return policy guidelines to be eligible for the extended returns period.
c. The extended returns policy does not apply to personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods, or digital products.
4. Return Process:
a. To request a return, customers must contact Paceweb’s customer support team within the extended returns period.
b. The customer support team will provide instructions and a return authorization number, which must be included with the returned package.
c. The items must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
d. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
e. Paceweb reserves the right to inspect returned items and determine their eligibility for a refund or exchange.
5. Refunds and Exchanges:
a. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after the returned items are received and inspected by Paceweb.
b. If eligible, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
c. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be offered instead.
