1. Failed Delivery Due to No Answer:
If our delivery driver attempts to deliver your order and there is no response at the delivery address provided, we reserve the right to mark the delivery as “failed” and return the products to our warehouse. In such cases, we will make a reasonable effort to contact you using the contact information provided during the checkout process. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is present at the delivery address to receive the order.
2. Incorrect Delivery Address:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery address details. In the event that an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided, resulting in a failed delivery, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred. If a failed delivery occurs due to an incorrect delivery address, customers may be charged an additional re-delivery fee.
3. Re-delivery Charges:
In instances where a failed delivery occurs due to reasons mentioned above (no answer or incorrect delivery address), a re-delivery charge may be applicable. This charge is imposed to cover the costs associated with the unsuccessful delivery attempt and subsequent re-delivery. The re-delivery charge will be communicated to customers prior to a second delivery attempt. Customers must agree to pay this fee before the re-delivery is scheduled.
4. Re-scheduling Delivery:
Customers who have experienced a failed delivery due to no answer or an incorrect delivery address may request a re-scheduled delivery. However, the re-delivery will be subject to availability and additional charges, as mentioned above. Customers must contact our customer service team within 24 hours of the failed delivery to initiate the re-scheduling process.
5. Exemptions:
Paceweb Shop will not be held liable for any delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions in transportation services.
